24 years actively involved in real estate; I have developed my skillset to accommodate my clients in various fields of the industry. My fields of focus primarily include turnkey real estate transactions from the purchase to finalizing the transaction. We have learned through years of experience that the transaction does not always end with the closing and every transaction/ client is different. We start with an interview with every client to establish goals. We meet these goals by working together throughout every transaction as a team. Team meaning you the client and us the Realtor. We represent many various buyers or sellers with different goals.

 

• Basic buyer purchase, from the interview, to finding the home, preparing a market analysis to determine value, negotiating the purchase price, scheduling inspections, and finally working with the attorneys to close your transaction.

• Basic seller transaction, from preparing the market analysis to determine value, staging, helping with any repairs that may be needed, and marketing through various print/online/social media for mass exposure, to make sure you, as a seller, don’t leave any money on the table.

• Buyer purchase where the home may need rehab or renovation after close of the transaction. We have teams of vendors/subcontractors that we manage to make the home what you wish. No job is to big or small.

• We help with the design, as we have relationships with decorators, architects, etc.

• We help investors buy properties for portfolio rental holds and offer full turnkey management. We can manage the rehab if needed, market for rent, and manage the property during the duration of the lease.

• In 2001, I started selling Bank Foreclosures/ REO properties, directly for the banks or REO management companies. I have over 20 years of experience of direct corporate sales experience that ranges from property checks, BPO work, managing repairs, marketing, and sales. I have represented over 15 Banks/ REO management companies and have experience with numerous online task management platforms.

• Over 20 years of new construction experience from development of subdivisions, to breaking ground, and following through with the completion of the home between builder and end user (buyer)
